Common questions

Is the battery safe?

We use LFP (lithium iron phosphate) cells — the safest common lithium chemistry — with a smart BMS, fusing and a protective enclosure. Every pack is serial-tracked and bench-tested before fitting, and covered by a 3-year warranty.

Do I keep my petrol engine?

Yes. Your petrol engine stays fully working. Choose electric, petrol, or an automatic blend. If the battery runs down, you simply ride on petrol — no being stranded.

How is this better than a new e-bike?

It costs less upfront (you keep your bike), goes 5× further before needing power, works during load-shedding, and if the battery ever fails you still have a running motorcycle. See the comparison above.

How do I know the parts are genuine?

Battery and motor carry serial numbers and QR codes you scan in AutoSense to confirm authenticity, warranty and health. You also get a digital spec sheet and an open pre-fitting inspection.

What after-sales support do I get?

Free first service, app-scheduled check-ups, a partner workshop network, guaranteed genuine spare parts, and warranty coverage on battery, motor and controller.

Is there a government subsidy?

Pakistan’s EV policy offers incentives for electric two-wheelers. We track the PAVE scheme and will advise whether your conversion qualifies.
