Analytics (only with your consent): when you accept our cookie/consent banner, we record basic, anonymous visit data — approximate country and city (derived from your IP address), the pages you view, the section you spend most time on, elements you click, your referrer, browser/device type and time zone. If you decline, we do not collect this.
Information you submit: if you fill a pre-order, dealer, parts or message form, we collect what you provide — typically your name, phone/WhatsApp, city, bike model and message — so we can contact you.
2. How we use it
To understand interest and improve the site, to respond to your enquiries, and to arrange conversions, parts and support. We do not sell your data.
3. Where it is stored & who processes it
Analytics events are stored on our own server. Form submissions are emailed to interact@paksaf.com via the FormSubmit service and may also be stored on our server. Approximate location is looked up via a third-party IP geolocation service (ipwho.is). These providers process data under their own terms.
4. Cookies & local storage
We use your browser’s local storage to remember your consent choice and, on your own device, a copy of activity for demonstrations. We do not use advertising cookies.
5. Retention & your choices
You can decline analytics at any time via the banner. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted, email interact@paksaf.com and we will act on reasonable requests.
6. Children
This site is intended for adults interested in vehicle conversions and is not directed at children.
